We currently serve a large number of Israeli clients as well as many international clients with a local presence in Israel — branches, subsidiaries, withholding-tax-only files, permanent establishments, and more.

We deliver services to the highest standard with full awareness of Israeli legal requirements. Lazar & Co is a CPA firm. Our office is located in central Tel Aviv.

Matan Lazar, CPA
Managing Partner

Matan holds an M.B.A. with a finance specialization and a B.A. in Business Administration with an accounting concentration from the College of Management Academic Studies. He is a licensed CPA in Israel and a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Israel.

Matan brings extensive experience in economic and accounting projects. He spent several years in audit at Somekh Chaikin (KPMG), where he led audit engagements for large public companies reporting under IFRS and US GAAP standards.

Previously, Matan served as comptroller at one of Israel's leasing companies and as an external advisor. He currently serves on the academic faculty of the School of Business Administration at the College of Management Academic Studies.
